Booking Information
Bookings will be treated as confirmed following the receipt of a 20% deposit. This may be paid by direct bank transfer or cheque. The balance is payable no later than 6 weeks before your holiday start date. It is advisable to take out holiday insurance in case circumstances change, as deposits will only be refunded if it is possible to re-let.
The cottage will be available from 3pm on your day of arrival and departure is by 10am on the morning of your last day. It may be possible to arrive earlier/leave later depending on circumstances, just ask.
